The Supreme Court allowed the Delhi government’s proposal for revising minimum wages. Accordingly Delhi Government revised the minimum wages vide the Gazette notification No. F.13(1)/2018/MW/Lab/3602 dated 22/10/2019. The same has been effective from date of notification.
