The Haryana State Employment of Local Candidates Act, 2020 has been notified by the Haryana Government. It provides 75% reservations for Local youth of Haryana in Private Sector Jobs upto the Salary limit 30000 a month. At the time of introduction of Bill it was 50000 a month. The Haryana State Employment of Local Candidates Act, 2020 will be applicable to private companies, societies, trusts and partnership firms in the state, as per a notification issued by the state government.
The Haryana government notifies it and the Act will be made applicable with effect from January 15, 2022.
